I got the job!!!!!! General manager rang to congratulate me. I'll feel better once I have the contract, but still.
The search is finally fucking over. I was down to emergency levels of funding as this makes a huge difference.
It's the day for good news hey? Congrats to us both!! Hope that contract comes through soon, I can't imagine they'd dick you around. Definitely feel you on starting to scratch around a bit for funds, you'll sleep well when those paychecks come through :)
