What do you mean? It's a movie about a documentary of a play that's sensationalised into a movie?
What's so confusing?
It was the final act 4th wall break that really crystallized the meaning for me /s
In all seriousness though, I was on board with the narrative structure of the documentary of the movie about a play up until that point.
