kind of unrelated, but hemorrhoids are only common because something like 95% of people don't eat the (already low) recommended amount of fiber. eat lots of fiber, people.
Hmm I thought sitting in my ass all day long had more to do with it
no, it's mainly from people not eating enough fiber which causes them to be constipated and have to push too hard for too long on the toilet.
My fiber game skyrocketed when i discovered jackfruit.
