I'm reading a lot of conflicting information about ADHD so I'm not really sure how to describe it. But I saw a statement that resonated with me. It lines up with a lot of the difficulties and frustrations in my life. I'm curious to see what others think about it.:

ADHD is not being able to start, and not being able to stop.

How well does it describe your experience?

Just like all the other 1-line descriptions, its accurate but very incomplete. At some moments there are some tasks i can start easily, while at other moments they'll be hard to start, and at the exact same moment it'll be the reverse for other tasks. And the same for stopping tasks.
