F. happens to me sometimes, tweak something in there by a seemingly random short movement and it seizes up. usually takes a couple of days to settle down.
no idea what causes it or how to fix it, hope this helps
I guess I should've read the release notes for the mid 30s edition of this body
they definitely pushed neck to PROD without a full round of testing
currently fumbling around for a hotfix, teaches me to get too excited about updates
