It's hard to tell because of the quality but I think the phote might be edited to make him skinnier. The arms and body just don't look right to me.

He's ill. No matter how naturally skinny you are, you won't look like that. My little kids feel like skeletons when I hug them and they are positively meaty compared to this guy.
