well, since terminal velocity of a falling person is around 150mph, does that mean I can gain speed falling, then turn on my flying powers to slow down/maneuver? If so, then flight.
If not, then telekinesis.
Also with telekinesis you cant lift yourself, but couldn't you lift a car you're sitting in, or even a board you're sitting on and effectively fly?
What about a carpet?

That's an interesting loophole, so long as you don't run into anything.
