Yes, usually referred to as potholing in the UK. Squeezing through tight spaces underground for fun!

It sounds like the absolute worst, and everyone I know who's ever been into it has been kind of crazy in other ways too. But hey whatever floats your boat ๐Ÿ˜„

It's definitely not for everyone that's for sure. I've been underground with new cavers who swore they weren't claustrophobic until we reached a squeeze, then reality comes calling!

Harder as in access to caves, or age related aches and pains?! Access to most caves in the UK is pretty straight forward if you are a member of a club. Many caves are protected and require permissions. The age related issues just keep getting worse each year ๐Ÿ™„
