Wish somebody had pushed me more into practical things instead of letting me think that being "book smart" was all I was going to need.
That led me into thinking that I NEEDED to go to college, which meant that my poor self did stupid shit to get the money to go to college. Only after spending 8 years to get money and try college (after spending all the money) did I realize that I should have gone into some tech/vocational training thing. (Mechanicing, HVAC, plumbing, etc.)
