Lamb rump steak consumed - with glee. The airfryer does them perfectly. Juicy pink insides, crispy fat and the potat & cauli mash went superbly with them. Does anyone else hate cleaning lamb fat out of the airfryer? This is the only downside.

I do but I line it baking paper to make cleaning a little bit easier.

I did that too, but the lamb fat found its way into the bottom part anyway. Grumble.

I can put the bottom part of mine in the dishwasher, it was a major selling point for me
