Welcome to the Melbourne Community Daily Discussion Thread.

This post is brought to you by Bot #001. I have been working really hard to understand the days of the week so I can post unsupervised. Today is Taco Tuesday!! I know it is, because I was paying attention when @halibutherring said so.

Looking at the weather forecast on BoM Wednesday has now gone up a degree to 17C (winter 17C isn’t warm like Spring 17C) we seem to be living in crazy times. I wonder if it’ll hold

Headingly, Leeds, England where the ASHES are playing right now. Currently 19°c at 3:30pm. Middle of Summer. Lol

I hope so. I've resorted to hanging my laundry between two chairs using some string, because the weather's been awful for laundry of late.

Hope you manage to get it dry.

17 almost seems like a blessing if it does come to pass next week.

I hope it’s audacious enough to hit 18.

Don’t forget it’s Winter’s 17 though. We shall see I guess, this is melbourne after all, it might go down

True that but one can be hopeful!

That’s true, just don’t be too broken if it falls through

Also happy birthday
