Tomorrow - a game about depopulating the world to sustainable levels through the use of clandestine viruses, wars, unrest, economic policies

That honestly sounds kind of fun, in a dark humour sort of way. Similar to the old game Go For Broke, where you're trying to lose all your money.

You could even have it be an Among Us style thing, where ostensibly everyone is trying to keep people alive, but one person is secretly trying to undermine efforts and cause depopulation.
