To answer the question I think you had:

  1. Let's just re-affirm that physical attractiveness does not relate to the value of a person.

  2. If you want to see (what I consider) an attractive trans woman, watch this video. It's very long, yes, but the payoff won't be worth it without the entire context of the video.

  1. You don't notice trans people who pass specifically because they pass. It's a sampling bias problem. You only notice the ones that stand out. Statistics would say you've met plenty of trans people without even realizing it.

  1. Agreed, but the comic does not hint at anything being about a person’s value, it’s about pure physical, primal interaction.

  2. The video doesn’t show anyone, but a story and manga instead, so not sure if there is something missing?

  3. We don’t really have trans people in our town or that many in our country, as we're quite conservative compared to the US or EU. Have only seen what makes the rounds in meme / popular posts on social sites. A lot of them are the fem boys from Thailand, the rest is what looks like the Ru Paul type thing. Once again, am an outsider, not familiar with the terms, words, etc.

  1. Yes, I just wanted to reaffirm that.
  2. You gotta watch the whole thing.
  3. It's still fairly likely you've met one and not known it, unless you're hanging out in your small town and not meeting anyone new. You'd be surprised at how well some people can pass with only hair, style, and makeup.

And yeah, so long as you're being nice, asking questions is a great way to learn! Plus, it helps other people who are too afraid to ask for themselves.

Kinda unrelated but thanks for sharing this video! I'm not sure how to describe it but it was really worth watching.
