Love them! I would start with sugar syrup coloured blue/green with food colouring gel, a half shot of the spirit of your choice and topped up with lemon juice. Or mix up a rocket fuel substitute of your choice in a jug and pour into shot glasses as per requirements ....
Pretty much the plot, just with lime. Wheeee!
