This is a kitbash from a fantasy chaos warrior metal kit, a baneblade commander head, a tempestous scions gun, a chaos space marine's chainsword and an imperial guard radio

I've given each of the skulls one red eye socket to make them look like servitor skulls lol

The heavy armor look really works in combination with his scion armor. That horse was a good choice to really give the commander some weight.

For anybody without a bitz box of horses or 3D printer, I just want to shout out WGA's box of horses. Or you could go high tech and make hoverbikes out of pens.
