Yeah, same story here. Never really cared for GTA beyond/before 4 (which is apparently the black sheep lol), but I have to admit the Bonnie and Clyde theme is an interesting turn. I guess, in my case, it's also because it seems like the protagonist isn't boring and unsympthetic (cough 5).

My thoughts exactly. I had no hype at first since I didn’t like 5 very much, but now I’m interested at the very least. Could easily be shitty, but I’m hoping not.

Yeah I hope its a great game for all the people that really care about GTA. Im not even huge into GTA but the Florida setting + sandbox might win me over.

I know absolutely nothing about Florida culture other than gators and the beach. I didn’t even really like vice city because even when I was younger it was already too old of a game. I was also not really into the Miami vice feel they were going for. This game however looks like it’s gonna be some kind of Bonnie and Clyde type game which is more interesting I think.

Well at the very least GTA 6 should be a fun historical relic for future generations. Since Florida is gonna sink into the sea.

(Also yes Bonnie+Clyde does sound fun)

The protagonist seem pretty stale. But honestly I hated the first RDR2 trailer because it just sounded like a basic story about getting money. But it ended up being my favorite game. I think Rockstar is just bad at creating a first impression at least for me.

What really interests me is the events and characters shown in the trailer. Cyberpunk 2077 did the same thing and promised dynamic events in the city, but look how that panned out. But Rockstar is usually pretty good with adding details so it might actually be pretty diverse
