The company is not putting brake cleaner into hand sanitizer.

They are using some equipment to make both products, which creates the possibility of cross contamination.

Not good or safe practices, but not spiking hand sanitizer with nasty stuff on purpose, as the title suggests.

Gross negligence counts as intent IMHO

Ain't there are rules in place if products will be sold to a normie consumer ?
