Does anyone have experience taking bus from lrt station to starling mall area? Tried to wait for the bus today... Almost 45min and gave up.

I hope it won't be this bad on weekdays

I actually always walk from TTDI MRT Station to Starling Mall. It’s a slightly far walk (maybe around 15 mins)… but much much faster than a 45 min bus wait.

I live in subang so going to TTDI is going to take a long time unfortunately 😭

Looks like Bus 780? Google Maps show its route passing thru a few LRT stations before reaching Damansara Utama.

I checked the lines and I saw my possible options were. I'm not sure if Bus 780 works 🤔

  1. lrt kelana jaya, starling mall feeder bus
  2. lrt kelana jaya, rapid kl 506 bus
  3. lrt taman bahagia, rapid kl PJ05 bus
  4. TTDI, walk 15 mins

Then 780 bus is more suitable for those travelling from KL side. It stops by Asia Jaya but still takes 30-35 mins to reach Starling area.

I see... I'm from Selangor so the KJ options are much faster

Maybe can try Moovit to check?

[–] [email protected] 1 points 11 months ago (1 children)

I checked on moovit, but there's no live tracking and the bus did not follow the schedule :(

[–] [email protected] 1 points 11 months ago (1 children)

Aiks, maybe it's really the driver that didn't follow time this round :/

I have no idea man... The SJ02 bus used to be ok too but it has been so shitty lately that I just use brt to commute to & from sunway pyramid instead

There's a shuttle bus option too, but if the weather permits, walking is much faster

You mean from TTDI? I saw there's a shuttle bus there too, but it's going to take me a very long time 😞

Yup. The shuttle bus does pickup from Kelana Jaya station too.
