Good morning! ๐Ÿค— Yarra City Council held it's first citizenship ceremony in Apr-23, after the feds lifted a ban imposed on the council in 2017 (political controversy). Does anyone know where the ceremonies were held in the interim or has this created a huge backlog? Thanks

from the Guardian Aug 2017

Instead, citizenship ceremonies for residents of the local government area, which has a population of 80,000, will be conducted by neighbouring councils or by the immigration department. The department will hold a ceremony in Yarra council on 26 January.
