First you can buy eBikes a lot cheaper than this one. Second - riding an eBike is still exercise
250W is only really enough power to cruise on the flat at a modest pace. Chances are you're used to going faster and will still choose to put in the effort to get a bit mor pace. It's also not really enough to get up a steep hill, so you're going to have to help out.
You just won't break a sweat anymore riding up the hills. And on the flat you'll be able to take a 2 minute break by just slowing down abit - no need to stop. And a headwind won't ruin your ride.
