I've completed day 2 of exercise regimen and it feels good so far. They're just equipment free 10 minute little workouts, and because they're 10 minutes I can easily say to myself, "oh let's do one now, I've got no excuse to not fit it in." It gets the blood pumping without being too taxing. Can't do in front of Mr Peeler though ๐Ÿ‘€

Nice work. I find small amounts at home much easier to fit in (and convince myself to do) as well. I do have weights at home, and like doing the heavy weights that need rest between sets - it works really well to mix in with basic cleaning or meal prep. Instead of staring at the wall for a few minutes like I would in a gym I can go and chop a carrot or something.

A lot of workout people (who aren't dicks) will say even just 10 minutes of movement is good. I need to get back into working out, might do it tomorrow before work. Only thing I hate is that I use Ring Fit to work out and the way they calculate time annoys me. Half an hour of continuos workout is actually an hour real time.
