Actually I do wonder about coffee intake if it matters if I drink 2 cups back to back or space the 2 cups out over hours and if it makes a difference with keeping me awake at night.

There's only one way to find out. For me normal coffee doesn't affect my sleep. Turkish coffee on the other hand will kept me awake and make me clean up.

Oh Turkish is devilish strong, that’s for sure.

I didn’t sleep at all last night from having a satchel coffee very late so I won’t be repeating that.

I’ll make a moka pot coffee and see if it keeps me awake tonight
