Is this a growing product market? Will this lower the barrier to entry for less technical communities, much like the wave of turn-key WordPress hosting solutions did for the general public starting in the mid 2000s?

Looks like there are instance options for Mastodon, Lemmy, but not yet Kbin:

Yeah since we’ve had two major exoduses on platforms recently I think providers are going to see it’s profitable to provide one click deploys and managed services. It seems like a good idea to me at least.

When all the dust settles, it might be nice to network with other instance admins to synchronize deployment strategies and experiences that everyone's gathered from battle testing these stacks. Particularly in fighting spam and bot networks, now that we've reached the user threshold to catch the attention of those kind of actors.

I can't imagine DO being far behind with a one-click option. They offer one of the biggest pools for one-click options, from what I've seen. I frequent DO, vultr, linode, and upcloud.
