HGH can make people's ribcage grow, and it also makes you feel like a million bucks. Elon is likely taking HGH for funsies.

Either way, I hope he feels like a couple bucks at most all the time.
From this angle it seems to resemble barrel chest which would be an early sign of emphysema but others are saying HGH. It may just be the way he is built and a mixture of overweight though.
He looks like a kitten with a bad case of worms.
I think this is what happens when you just keep asking plastic surgeons if they can remove your entire belly fat without doing anything else to your body until you find a doctor who doesn't tell you that the result will look like shit.
