I think the best way for this to work is for people to post a parent comment for any game they're watching. But honestly y'all can do whatever, I'm not a mod

Edit: I would also encourage sorting by new, but ya know, I'm not signing your check

First downs don't stop the clock except the last two minutes of the 2nd and 4th Q.
Can't call consecutive timeouts.
1st and 3rd Q can end on penalties, they are applied at the start of the next quarter.

I think the first one is really only going to make a big difference, but they want to reduce the number of plays in a game.

College used to stop the game clock on first downs
