What's this even mean?
It's the opposite of something being cap.
No lie. You dig?
Seriously?
What does cap stand for? A hat? A maximum of something? Chris Evans?
It's actually an old slang term. Look up the etymology of it. It's just the youth revitalizing something old and putting it into modern contexts, like virtually every generation does and will continue to do in their youth at some point.
