Ha, no, I didn't mean it like that. The 'role of providing semen' and the 'role of providing eggs' would be during normal intercourse.
It's wild how threatening people find this idea. I really can't get understand why it is so hard to just imagine seeing each person as an individual. No one is walking around dividing the world a priori into "hockey fans or not" and thinking our society would collapse of if you couldn't do that all of a sudden.
