He is referring to Twitter/X and Musk's idea of "free speech".
Twitter has a long list of rules and remove all sort of content
They let you complain about the COVID vaccine and liberals and LGBTQ existing. Surely this is what you mean by free speech. Youβd be immeasurably happier there.
