I’m hoping for the best I can get right now. 1G is the choke point and rated speed, but I’ll take anything better if I don’t have to restring that cable.
My fastest current devices are 2.5gE, but I mostly want to loosen the choke point
I like my Zyxel multi-gig switches, but I've heard others complain about lack of features. They get the job done for 2.5, 5, & 10gb
I had last looked about a year ago, and even simple switches were expensive. What a difference! I might have to do that
