There's literally no way for someone to do this that's not hostile and insulting.

Yeah judging from all of your comments on this thread I'm pretty sure you're the last person to be able to judge what comes off as hostile and insulting. In fact that kind of seems like your whole bag from what I can tell.
Another baseless assumption, I know goddamn well I'm not being nice to the many stupid commenters here. You do not have enough info in this post to judge, if you're going to pretend otherwise I'm going to give you a hard time about it.
