The recurring doctor character was listening to the blue-haired person's stomach and there were people inside. The people are fighting, but it's a fun, dramatic, miniseries-style fighting, so even though the blue-haired character is having stomach pain, the doctor doesn't want to cure them just yet.

Since they were too busy observing the drama in the blue-haired character's stomach, the fighting which was causing the pain progressed, and killed the blue-haired character. The doctor is equating this with having your favorite miniseries cancelled.

...It's kind of obscure, but I enjoyed it. All my favorite shows get cancelled, too.

Doctor? I thought that character was the girl from the virgin town.

Navaan is the 'doctor' here. She was first seen in the virgin town for the purpose of luring virgins out so the vampires could eat them, but she's claimed to be a doctor a bunch since then. She's also claimed to be other things, too. I think I remember her pretending to be a detective?

For the purposes of this comic, she's acting like a doctor again.

I’ve only been following this comic since this community started so I’ve only seen the ones posted here and in the order they’re posted in. I didn’t realize she claimed to be a doctor.
