Why not? It's good to put things into context a little bit, we shouldn't just post whatever poor quality stuff and leave it uncommented just because it's "pro EU"
Just doesn't seem to be particularly helpful when it's been published in a medium that the author probably won't see.
But the guy who commented said Dailymotion has no comment section, so I guess my point is mute.

You could be right, I don't know Dailymotion that well. I wonder if the author will be able to see your comment here, though.
Well I saw it and the 'review' helped me understand how likely it is the videos content has value for me without skimming through it or listening to it in the background. So I'm glad this person took the time to write a comment.
