Francis warned the Group of Seven industrialised nations last year that AI must remain human-centric, so that decisions about when to use weapons or even less-lethal tools would not fall to machines.

(not much AI-related info in the article TBH)

The Catholic Church earned its condemnation over the shuffling of pedo priests, but let’s not make them the exclusive center of sexual abuse. Any and all hierarchal institutions where power goes unchallenged will devolve into rape. The other major religions have just been better at keeping it quiet.

Yes but they have the power of a private country and sway over an entire cult of believers.

I’m not saying they are the exclusive pedo ring but they are likely the largest organization of pedos.
