But if you asked people to list Darth Vaders personality traits I’m not entirely convinced “highly focussed” and “good leader” are what people would write.

I’m also sure he wouldn’t have a compo face if one of his colleagues entered their perception of him into an online personality test.

This is what is even weirder. It wasn't the business demanding she dress up as Vader or become Vader or take on any of the traits people might think of when they they think of Vader. It was another colleague filling out a form that is meaningless (Myers Briggs) and is only the colleague's opinion. Imagine if another colleague simply called her a bitch at work. For that the NHS needs to pay £30k? What the heck?
