Vehicular accident, vehicle I was in flipped and went off the side of the road from avoiding a tricycle who suddenly went left with no warning. Car was traveling around 100 kph then. Thankfully everyone (around 8 of us) survived with no casualties or severe injuries.

On that note, it's true that time does seem to slow down when it looks like you're about to die.
