Regardless of who is the president the American empire is in decline. The United States is using Palantir, which is a web scraping tool mixed with language learning models that scrapes Twitter and uses open source intelligence to determine which targets to hit. This means some random goofball on the internet who plays around with maps can post something on Twitter and that night there'll be a strike and so they will have to live with the guilt of blowing up civilians.
