I've chosen to be skeptical of Garry Nolan due to his history both working together with CIA and his work in the UFO field. I didn't know about the Defence and Space company Copernicus Space Corporation, but seeing it's ran by ex-military and establishment profiles... I guess I have to distance myself from these elements of the UFO/UAP discussion.
I believe he was initially approached to look into and study individuals who encountered UAP as he had the only equipment to do so. I'm less skeptical of Garry as he's approaching this from a scientific lens and publishing papers to be peer reviewed.
