Finally made it down the coast. Bus replacement from wyndham vale to geelong made it a lengthy trip. Bit chaotic, no one seemed to know which bus was going where (including the drivers lol).
But it's always interesting taking that bus through those newish estates out west to see how they're going. People have planted things, but not things that provide any shade. The amount of synthetic lawn is pretty crazy. Just a massive heatsink. Also the walking tracks are always empty which is a shame as they look quite nice.
Before leaving decided to borrow both Situationcake's and Dumblederps ideas. Hoping the steel wool works, but if it gets through...

You may come home to peanut butter smeared on the floor and the bucket tipped over because it body slammed itself up against the side.
That is ACME fantastic! We had a rattus suicide itself by leaving the lid of the big green bin open.
