I love the whole look, and especially the stripes on just one calf! Drawing the eye to the gray zone so we don't miss the doggie bag! The leggings/socks combo keeping you warm and also covered in case the December wind blows your skirt up. Or in case you just want to do a twirl! Pockets in the jacket in case your hands get cold.

Agreed, but it's actually called a "puppy purse" otherwise, excellent description.
