Basically exactly what the top says. I want something that screams COMING OF AGE except instead of a teen movie like most coming of age stories, I want an image that showcases coming into 84-year-old-ness

Wtf, that is fucked up that a homeless helping organization would not give a fuck about their own employee.. Damn man, I seriously hope for some intervention from your justice system or something to help with the whole running down support structures.

I seriously can't comprehend how people are so stuck up their asses that they would vote for this..

The justice system here just got purged and the new Trump sycophants are focused on silencing critics and exacting revenge against anyone who publically made Trump look bad.

Trump and Elon and Vance are calling for any judges that block their wantonly obvious actions to be removed.

We are in the middle of a fascist coup, roughly at the same stage of progression as the Enabling Act being passed in Weimar Germany in 1933.

That's what it seems like looking at the US from Europe. I have been so saddened to see and hear all the terrible stuff that's going on.

And what baffles me the most is that people vote for fascism. Willingly. Not caring about other people and what happens to them at all or closing your eyes from it.

Fascism is capitalism in decay, it arises out of a failed capitalist society that was promised greatness and doesn't seem to be achieving it.

Fascism is also famously anti-intellectual, appealing to stereotypes, constantly needing enemies, internal and external, as easy scapegoats for the failures of capitalism.

The average adult literacy level in America is now that of a 5th grader, a 10 or 11 year old.

20% of adult Americans are functionally illiterate, reading at a 2nd grade level of worse.

The European stereotype of the boisterous, ignorant, brutish, entitled American didn't go far enough.

US always seems like such a difficult country to live in. Not that my country is perfect, but everything I've heard of US just sounds like it's only good to the rich. I'm sorry you have to deal with a system that was never on your side.
