If you return an online purchase for a different size in store do you have to print the email or can you just show it on your phone?
I don't there's any set rules, probably best to call the store, remember the name of whoever you speak to.
Never had an issue showing on phone. Just double check you can exchange an online purchase in store.
I assume if you have like a pdf of the receipt (as in, it was emailed to you), then it should be fine on your phone.
If it was a physical receipt that you took a photo of, then I would take the original.
I’ll see if I can unearth a printed receipt. Otherwise I have the order confirmation email
