Is tiktok promoting content that says to move to that platform? Cause if so, gov might have a point about Chinese manipulation lol

No, the users wanted to paint a big "🖕" to the U.S. government for banning the app. A user made a video saying: "they underestimated our level of pettiness". Some were also uninstalling apps like Instagram.
