Comic Strips is a community for those who love comic stories.

The rules are simple:

The post can be a single image, an image gallery, or a link to a specific comic hosted on another site (the author's website, for instance).
The comic must be a complete story.
If it is an external link, it must be to a specific story, not to the root of the site.
You may post comics from others or your own.
If you are posting a comic of your own, a maximum of one per week is allowed (I know, your comics are great, but this rule helps avoid spam).
The comic can be in any language, but if it's not in English, OP must include an English translation in the post's 'body' field (note: you don't need to select a specific language when posting a comic).
Politeness.
Adult content is not allowed. This community aims to be fun for people of all ages.

I didn't pay a couple of private tickets, over ten years passed, and so far I have been fine, but I'm not a lawyer...

You inspired me to do a little research on my local shitty mall and it turns out they didn't get city permission for their little scheme, so all they can do is send you demands for payment, and if you get a bunch of fake tickets in 12 months they can threaten to tow.

Since I go there only a couple of times a year, sounds like I get free parking.

Huh seems weird. Doesn't the US have extremely broad contract law that would make this a contract violation that can be legally enforced - including seizing your salary or bank account until the penalty is paid?

Over here you can park for free exactly once and successfully deny payment if you claim it was someone else who violated the contract. However, you can then be legally forced to sign a declaration that your vehicle will never park there again with significantly higher violation fees.
