Is this a warcrime?
In a war - yes. As part of a manhunt - no. Imagine FBI doing this to catch a terrorist. Same thing.
Yea the FBI putting a target in the back of medical staff is bad. They should not do that. That is wrong.
Armed men in disguise as medics is horrible. Those who endorse such things don't deserve medical care.
Outside of war its called a Crime Against Humanity.
Solitary Condiment is also considered torture, another crime under international law. And its done every day in the US.
The US has threatened to arrest any members of the ICC who step foot on US soil. They are aware that they commit crimes against humanity every day, and they might against justice with their military.
This is in the west bank though, which isn't legally there territory. Its more like Russia disguising themselves in an ambulance to go kill a dissident in the UK. It may not be a war crime since they're not technically at war but it's still illegal and immoral for a bunch of other reasons.
In this case it is a war crime, yes. Israel is currently committing a genocide
I used to document at least one war crime every week in the West Bank. Its routine. There's a reason their president has a warrant out for his arrest by the ICC
