The Palestinians on Sunday released unusual footage showing armed fighters in the Balata refugee camp in Nablus disembarking from a vehicle disguised as an ambulance. According to Palestinian reports, the video was filmed approximately two and a half weeks ago during an IDF raid on the camp.

Outside of war its called a Crime Against Humanity.

Solitary Condiment is also considered torture, another crime under international law. And its done every day in the US.

The US has threatened to arrest any members of the ICC who step foot on US soil. They are aware that they commit crimes against humanity every day, and they might against justice with their military.
