Good to use next to my weather stone!
That isn't a forecast... that's current conditions
It's indeed a forecast about the future, where the future is at least an infinitesimal amount of time away from the current moment.
Looking at this like that, it is probably the most accurate weather forecast on earth.
The weather stone is rubbish. Mine has been gone a week, and yet, there has been no tornado.
Definitely a wormhole.
