Doing the lord's work! Spotify has autogenerated ones based on BPM but I find them to be inaccurate.
Music is how I pace myself when I'm walking/cycling/running. 180 BPM is my peak running pace, but I usually take it easy and do 170. I know where I am supposed to be on my circuit based on what song is starting etc. It saves you from needing to look at your watch for your time/pace.
So yeah, they're accurate. Many of them were counted out manually with an app. ๐
A video where some guy made an app that changes music based off your running speed/heart rate (I think) just popped up in my recommended, what a conincidence
