I agree. Cargo pants are out though.
If it’s hot enough I need shorts, I don’t need a jacket either, but I still need pockets!
If it’s cold enough to need pants, I’m at least bringing a jacket anyway.
As a Midwesterner where pants and a tank top or shorts & a hoodie are both viable ways to dress for the weather:
Cargo all the things!
