They haven’t built any third party to anything meaningful yet.

Sure "they" have! The Russians have built a third party that manufactures fake outrage and sows chaos that attempts to drive a wedge between left and far left opinions.

The fun won't end after the election, and until Putin and his FSB are buried under the Kremlin.
