Issue is, it's not just the looks, but also:

  • people just feel dysphoric about it in general,
  • some people would like to (primarily) be penetrated, but anal sex is too painful for them,
  • even then, it needs preparation, unless you're a special kind of pervert that likes the fact, that people poop from there,
  • genital preferences of others.
